Product Overview
The 7/16" x 1" frame is a heavier duty frame for larger screens. This small box of frame will allow you to make around 3 - 5 average size window screens. This box contains 10 sticks of screen frame, that are 6ft. long. Also includes 25 inside miter corners and 60 ft of .140 spline.

Heavy duty frame pieces
I chose the 7/16" x 1" roll formed aluminum frame pieces for extra strength because my windows are quite large. These worked well with little to no frame deflection after installing the screen mesh.
